Leave It To Beaver

Just a quick update today…

The last few days have been extremely good in the Wasatch with anywhere from 12-36″ of snow roughly from a line from Cottonwoods/PC northward to Idaho.  Beaver Mountain just keeps getting more snow with 11″ inches reported in the last 24 hours for 3 feet total since Sunday.

In typical Spring-like fashion, we now start our warm-up with very warm temps arriving for the weekend.  Near 70 in the lower valleys and 50s on the mountain.

The good news is that another trough will bring active weather to the area early next week.  We could see snow as early as late Monday, but right now I’d say Tuesday/Wednesday are likely the best days for skiing/riding.  Details are still vague as models/ensembles have different solutions. Hopefully tomorrow we’ll have better consensus and can take a closer look.  Until then, tailgate bbq in the parking lot, watch some basketball, or get your spring cleaning done.  Snow will be back before ya know it.

Thank you for the hard work every day! Trying to figure out one thing for next week assuming a storm is coming – Jackson Hole (they got more this last storm) or Snowbird?
