Quick Saturday update…

A weak splitting system today could create a few light snow showers.  A stronger system pushes in Sunday night thru Tuesday with good accumulations possible.

We shall do a full post tomorrow (Sunday).  Everything still on track.  Snow should begin to fill in Sunday night with heavier snow during the day on Monday.  Snow showers could last into Tuesday in a NW flow behind the front.  This system is generally fairly cold so snow should be light and fluffy, especially with and behind the front.

Monday is a storm day with likely not much on the ground in the morning but it should get deeper throughout the day.  Tuesday will likely be a first chair, post-storm kind of day.  Your call as to which type of day you prefer.

As for accumulations, I’d say 6-12″ with 12-18″ for the Cottonwoods is a good bet as of now.
